scenery and views of lakeland fells, mountains, lakes, rivers and
tarns. Many of which have excellent accommodation available wether
you are an avid walker/hiker or just here to see the beautiful scenerey,
for mountain bikers many of them offer safe storage for your bikes.

Torver
Description: Torver is located near Coniston by the intersection
of the A593 and A5084, north of Blawith Fells and south of The Old Man of Coniston. The village
is popular with tourists who want to explore the beauty of the surrounding area.
Torver’s
main tourist attraction is the beautiful 19th century church, there are also a few other 19th
century buildings all around the village that are also worth a visit.
Walkers have a good
selection of walks to choose from, exploring the beauty that surrounds the village.
