Today it has been sympathetically renovated to provide you with a perfect base to explore the beautiful Lake District, providing Ambleside Bed and Breakfast and evening meals by arrangement.

We offer a good breakfast selection to get you started for the day, whether it be a strenuous hike, simply touring the beautiful Lake District countryside by car or doing a bit of shopping in one of the Lakeland villages.
